Draw-Down Raffle Fund Raiser For Sheriff Kelly Wilhelmi. The Wilhelmi for Sheriff Committee is selling 400 draw-down raffle tickets for his Election Campaign. The cost of a ticket is $25.00. 1st place is $1,000.00, 2nd place is $100.00 and 3rd through 10th place is $ 50.00 each. The draw-down will be June 5th, 2010 at Nick’s Tap in Rock Falls from 4-6 pm.
